The Cocoa Beach Suite

Ground-floor suite with a private lounge area and back deck.

This Suite is located on the ground floor, just three steps up from the drive, and on the same level as the living room and dining room. Relax in air conditioned comfort in your private lounge area or sit under the sail on your back deck overlooking the Carriage House and Gardens.

The Sanctuary Suite

The largest suite, featuring a kitchenette, spacious interior, and sun-shaded patio.

This is by far our largest guest room, with over 425 square feet, located on the second floor of the Carriage House in the gardens, with the following ammenities:

• Choice of king bed, or two twin beds (three night minimum for twins)
• En Suite bathroom with walk-in shower
• Breakfast at the communal table each morning
• Kitchenette complete with Keurig coffee-maker, microwave, mini-fridge, plates, cups, cuttlery, etc.
• A large indoor seating area with flat-screen TV
• A private outdoor patio overlooking the gardens
• In-room thermostat with AC and heat, to keep the temperature just the way you like it
• Free on-site parking and Wi-Fi

This is our largest suite, located on the second floor of the Carriage House in the gardens. Spacious interior with kitchenette, lovely patio with sunshade.

The Autumn Room

Art Deco design with a king or twin beds, reading nook, and ensuite walk-in shower.

Enjoy our Art Deco room with ensuite bathroom and shower. This room can be configured with a king bed, or two twin beds (three night minimum for twins), and offers a quiet reading area.

The Tiny Room

Cozy and charming, with a luxurious king bed and ensuite bath with tub/shower.

Our smallest (and least expensive room) is a photographer’s delight. Be surrounded with photos of local flora and fauna. This room offers ensuite bath with tub and a luxurious king bed.
