Both are certified yoga instructors in addition, Karen is a chair massage practitioner and reflexologist. Settle into a comfortable massage chair where you’ll be treated to a blend of Acupressure, Shiatsu, and Swedish massage techniques on your shoulders, back, neck, arms, hands, and head. Then, give your feet a little love with a reflexology session. Gentle pressure, stretches, and movement will relax and restore your entire body.

Services are available by appointment seven days a week, both for guests staying at the B&B and those staying elsewhere.
