The Stratford Winter Film Festival (SWFF) made a promising debut in February 2024. Building on that initial success, the festival returns in 2025, bigger and better than before. Mark your calendars: February 14th-17th, 2025.
One of the founders shared the vision behind the SWFF: "As newcomers to Stratford, we hoped to inject some life into the city's winter months. The incredible support from the arts community, local businesses, civic leaders, and residents truly made our first year possible."
The organizers recently highlighted key changes for 2025, including:
- Expanded Venues: Expect larger, more comfortable screening spaces.
- Extended Schedule: A more relaxed four-day format allows for a more leisurely viewing experience.
- Curated Selection: The founding trio is handpicking up to 12 films for a diverse and captivating program.
